Sweet Escape: Segamat

The journey back and forth took almost a day and I enjoyed it.
Thank you Nur Hazirah for accompany me without sighed.

The itinerary completed as planned and it went smooth. Thank God, Alhamdulillah.

I am aware it is a bit late to wishing Happy Bi-Month-sary to my beloved Nur Hidayah Shafee and her husband. Thank you for gave me opportunity to explore the place where you lived.

17 February 2017
We started our journey by having breakfast at Restoran Sri Manis and straight away went to KLIA Transit Station in Salak Tinggi. We took off exactly 10 am and leaping through two stations before arrived KL Sentral. The journey took place for almost half an hour with return tix price of RM 36.60 per pax.
Then we had our coffee in Nu Sentral Starbucks before continuing the transit to Gemas. Right on 12 pm we seated for our next destination - Gemas.
I could assume it as a long journey yet a bit boring and what we had done solely psychology-educational-talking for entire 135 minutes there...! We had a quite short stop before heading to our REAL destination *you are my destiny~*
15:23 we arrived and immediately checked in to Koptown Hotel. In the first place I've been read lots of bad review regarding this stay and reluctantly came up with decision to book yet booked since I've been convinced "oh my UNIMAS gang will also stay there... oh never mind Farrah you would stay maximum one night only..." and the long list of positive thoughts; I've made those, reluctantly. My positive thoughts working well though. I kinda felt - this stay worth it's price RM86 per night.

I've called up my ex-roomate, Norimah Amat Sailan, after awhile after took bath and the connection super slow. Lulz. Hazirah and I decided to went Hidayah's house right away - changing the original plan.
We took taxi to Kampung Kenawar and I felt totally nervous as I saw Hidayah shone in her nikah's attire. Why I had that feeling? I don't know yet. We've been served and I felt honored sharing dining table with my lovely ex-Asasi; Imah, Au, Nurul, Dijah and Mel. Long hiatus been recovered as small group of 1st batch Asasi gathered in Hidayah's wedding ceremony. Upon our leaving to hotel room, Hidayah's mom gave us bekalan makan malam. Ya Allah! Such a beautiful family; her mom, her dad, her husband and not least herself gave us first class treat.

Why am I willing to travel this far? Because Hidayah been raised up in good circumstances and she took care of me since 2010 up to 2014 in UNIMAS, Sarawak.

My heart felt light.
We took rest on the night, having dinner given by Hidayah's fam, and chit chat to the dreamland~

Woke up and came downstairs hunted for breakfast. The tasty breakfast was included within the package yet I was satisfied. We accidentally met Hidayah's in laws which also staying in Koptown, surprisingly and there was no chance kamek sik klaka sarawak. I felt honored once again since kamek rasa urg kampung kamek agak kamek sitok.

We return to our room to settle up everything before sightseeing. I've tried my best to ease our journey.
After we've done with our travel pack, we took steps to Big Apple and done the sightseeing things.
Exactly on 12 pm we checked out from Koptown Hotel and had lunch before leaving on the train.
We had seated in the train almost 14,400 seconds and done nothing other than eating and chit chat *clapping for Hazirah and myself*
As arrived in KL Sentral, we entertained our hungry tummy at The Chicken Rice Shop and I guess I'm lucky since I didn't noticed it was 18th which the day they had valued promotion for valued customer like me. Ahaa.
The journey continued to final destination and we've been fetched up by my parents. We stopped by at McDonald's; that was how our day ended.
